Classic Alfa 2000 fast road / track day cylinder head +40bhp. Built & assembled by leading UK competition Alfa engine builder, Jim Evans exclusively for Classic Alfa.

These heads are vapour blasted (for an "as new" finish) then fitted with 8mm stem (for better gas flow) 46mm (2mm oversize) inlet valves, standard exhaust valves (for improved low rpm torque), race valve springs & Jim's own camshaft profiles. The camshafts are a hollow billet design for reduced weight and the head is designed to be used with re-jetted 40mm carbs. Jim's special porting design to both inlet manifold & head greatly improve gas flow & the head will give circa 160bhp using a 10.4 AE Borgo pistons & liners set or circa 150bhp with completely standard pistons & liners.

Offered on an exchange with £250.00 exchange surchange refundable upon receipt of you old head (min thickness 111mm) in rebuildable condition.
